Mary Heiny (7th dan, Seattle) and host Linda Holiday (7th dan, Aikido of Santa Cruz) will share a conversation based in their long Aikido history, experiences training in Japan, and current activities, including the upcoming Summer Retreat (July 11-12).

Swedish Aikido teacher Jan Nevelius (7th dan, Vanadis Aikido, Stockholm) and host Linda Holiday Sensei (7th dan, Aikido of Santa Cruz) will share their long Aikido friendship, reflect on practice in the Aikido World Family, and look ahead to the July 11-12 Retreat.
